Occupants can have multiple people setup and they all can have access to the work orders for that company. Setting them up is quick and easy. Note that you must have administrative rights to be able to do so.

There are two requirements:

  • All required fields, denoted by a red asterisk, must filled in
  • Emails must be unique; duplicates are not allowed

Once setup, the new occupant user will have their ID and password automatically emailed to them.
