Employees are another integral group within your setup. Once they are setup your staff can begin responding to and resolving maintenance requests.
Adding employees in Easyworkorder is simple and straight forward. Part of the setup includes establishing which buildings they have access to and which problem types they should work on, as well. This last point is important because it might not make sense to allow your electricians to respond to janitorial requests, for example.
Pro Tip: To minimize email notifications, configure key trade specialists to have access to ONLY the problem types they should respond to. For example, your in-house electrician probably does not need access to, nor receive notifications for janitorial or landscaping.
How do IDs and passwords get established?
Easyworkorder automatically generates IDs and passwords for each employee as part of the setup, and emails those login credentials to them at the email address they were set up with. Once they login they can change both their ID and password, along with adding an avatar, just for fun.
The following video shows how to add an employee.
